Can I go back to High School?

I dropped out of high school back in 96 can i still go back?

  • I was 16 years old back then but iam 31 going on 32 this year. I dropped out back then cause i was scared of high school and the worked got harder and harder. I feel bad now.. Can i still go back? If so how? What are the steps to go back to school?

    I graduated high school in 1996. Sorry dear you will be recommended taking a GED (General Education Diploma) I understand what you may have felt. I failed my drivers education class when I was 17 years old. I didn't go back for my drivers license until I was 22 years old. It's hard to pick up from where you had left. You could call your local high school where you had attended. To find out where in your community you can take GED classes. I once read a sign a local church near my house. It read "To Reach A Goal, Take Small Steps!" Good Luck.

you have to get a GED---the age limit for public school is 21. GED can be done through an adult school or online-----google your state GED program i don't think it takes 4 years
