Does anybody know a speech on Student Council Election?

I need help for making a speech for the Student Organization Election. Trying to run for Consultative Council?

• I'm trying out for the Student Orgainzation Election in my HS this year (im a freshman lol). In order to do that, i will have to make a speech of why people should vote for me to be the Consultative Council. The jobs of the Consultative Council are - Conduct regular surveys among the student body. Questions can be written up with the help of the executive board. -Act upon problems identified by the student body through Student Representative Meetings and surveys, and do their best to solve them. - Attend Consultative Council meetings on every first, full extended day of the month and complete progress reports to be presented to the principal and at Student Representative Meetings - Have specific responsibilities of scheduling and chairperson and chairing meetings with the principal. The problem is, idk why people should vote for me in the first place and therefore cannot think of how the speech should be written. can someone help? any suggestions are acceptable.
