I have ardms lisence for abdomen and spi and what else i have to do to get job in michigan?

i did not find any job in michigan i did medicine(mbbs)from pakistan i did nt pass lisence exam (usmle) so i switched to ardms but still i have no job in michigan any help pls?i have to do doppler or any other region too?

you need to post this in higher ed or medical or call Michigan and ask them my thought is if you can't pass a test in Pakistan your not gonna be able to in Michigan - our medical school is more severe for testing best health care in the world ya' know - got to be top bananas to practice here your collage closest to you could probably help
