What would working at a hotel as a receptionist be like?

Distance Learning, Reception Skills Level 1 vs. Professional Receptionist Level 2?

  • Hello, I was wondering which course would be best to take, There are two types available over distance learning Reception Skills (Level 1) (Short Course) (Minimum £80) Professional Receptionist Award (Level 2) (Minimum £325) Also, bearing in mind i have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration and some practical experience in reception work. I just wanted to know, as i like working in reception and in near future would like to become hotel receptionist
