Where are the vocational schools?

Is there such a thing as vocational physical therapy schools?

• My friend from Italy graduated from a vocational school in his country for physical and massage therapy and he is trying to come to the usa and get sponsored for a work visa but he needs to recognize his education. They won't because he graduated from a vocational school in Italy. He is willing to go through more schooling to be able to come to the USA, I've head of massage therapy vocational schools but are there physical therapy ones that he could attend and hopefully find a sponsor after the school, in Denver Colorado or more preferably fort collins.
