How do you get state certified to become a cna in wisconsin?

i took the classes and i know that i have about year if not a year to get certified by the state. i'm not sure as to how to sign up to get certified. i have my paper thats been signed by my instructor, but she didnt tell our class how to get certified. also, if you could tell me the subjects i will get tested on when i go.

Why not try to contact the instructor now, even if she is not your current teacher? She can probably tell you what to do. Also call your state of Wisconsin state professionals license office and ask them.
