Where are the vocational schools?

Are there any Vocational Schools in New York that aren't scams?

• I have a bachelor's degree in a field that is unemplyable. I have no real refrences and cannot find a job. My only hope is getting vocational training, but most of these schools are scams or have deliquent/ghetto students there who use this as a means to stay off a wep and still collect food stamps without working. Are there any vocational schools or even continuing education programs in new york city that are legit and offer job placement?
