What do people with autism or aspbergers act like?
-
Is it like this: They are introverted Don't really like eye contact They don't use words or language, they just speak with body language or logic They're good at math and science , smart Theyre eccentric , or individualist anti social (and / or often mistaken for rude when just shy or confused) Is that what autistic or aspbergers syndrome is ?

Answer:
I think you pretty much hit it on the nail. Whatever the difference is - I think a good way of describing what autistic people are, is, when they do talk - everything they say is their point.
