Can Amscot tell if I have another loan out?

How can I tell financial aid I want the full loan?

• So I don't have money for summer semester but I do have a loan I can put to summer and use it then. I want to use the whole loan because I figure a tiny extra money would help me during school. That's what it's there for right? About half will be used for classes and the other half should come back to me but the lady said I won't need the whole loan but they can't decide that for me can they? I plan on paying it back next year when my new job starts. It's my first loan anyway.

  I think the lady meant "you won't need the whole loan to pay for the semester"... The extra money will come back to you, the college it self can't send back or keep the loan money.
