Is there any way to get any financial help with going to college?

I live in the US, but I want to go to college in London. I want to get the heck out of this country. The only problem would be paying for college and stuff. check google.uk I know that although alot of west European countries don't offer Financial Aid like the Americans do, their colleges are way cheaper. Most colleges in Canada are $2,000 a year! In comparison my state's UC system is 11.5k a year

To be short and to the point, no one is going to give you money to go to college in London. US aid is for colleges in the US only.
