Are international students eligible for scholarships in Australia?

I have got and admit in University of Western Australia in BE Electronics and Communication! But the situation is that I have to finance my entire education! I don't have any idea doing about that! It's just me and myself. I really have no idea right now what I should do? Should I reject this offer because it means a lot to me. Are there scholarships available which I would take and perhaps redeem a little bit of pressure of finance from my side? Hows Perth as a city,is it very costly? Let's see I am counting on honest replies from folks out there
