Where do I apply for scholarships/grants while i'm a junior?

Well I'm a junior in high school trying to get a head start on applying for scholarships and grants, where should i apply? I'm a black Hispanic, so does that mean i can apply to grants and scholarships that are for black people that those for Hispanics, or just the ones for Hispanics?

Being a junior in high school it makes it hard to find scholarships. Most are for seniors. I haven't found any for juniors. You should be able to apply for scholarships for African Americans and for Hispanics since you are both. But when you are a senior or to look now like I am doing you can go to collegeboard.org, the link to the actual page is in sources. There are tons of legit scholarships on there.
