My parents said they would pay me back the $30 dollars and now they wont, how do I get revenge/get it?
-
Okay so like on March 21st me and my mom went to WalMart and bought $50 dollars worth stuff. She said she would pay me back then or April 3rd/after that. She PROMISED me she would pay me back- all of it. But on April 3rd she only gave me $20 dollars and says that is all I spent. I demanded the rest and she said that she wasnt paying me and I was like "You promised!" and she just WONT give the other $30 for me so I can buy clothes for Spring Break. How can I get revenge on her/ get it from her? Not TOO bad revenge, nothing that will hurt her just MAKE her give it to me. Or is there some legal thing involved in this that I can use? Thanks, bye.

Answer:
You have learned a valuable lesson at a young age. Never loan anyone, ESPECIALLY family members money. If you can/want to give it as a gift then by all means do so but never loan money. EVER!!

LOL, Jesus, just grow up. She probably spent that much last week just to take care of you. Just cut your losses and move on.

No there is no legal "thing", your word against hers. Supposing you did screw the money out of her, she may start charging you room and board, which ,trust me, will come to a lot more. Just consider what you use that she pays for: soap detergent toothpaste shampoo etc etc

the best way to get it back is to act mature .taking revenge will not get your money back but, if you can talk the matter over with your mom explaining why you need the money and what you had hoped to buy with it. she may then see that not only are you acting mature about it but that you deserve the money back

The Constitution goes over bigger issues like powers of the branches and citizen's basic rights, not parental problems. And yeah, your mom probably did spend that much to take care of you (food, water bill, electricity, etc). So let it go, it's not worth freaking out over and going into a legal dispute, that would cost much than $30 to hire a lawyer and charge her with anything.
