• hi im 20 years old a single mom to a beautiful 5yr old baby boy and i only work for avon on august 16th i start school @ everest to get my g.e.d and my career of medical administration i owe i a student loan of 10000 and im looking for a scholarship please let me know where i can get one ive looked online but some seem like scams please help i really appreciate it. Additional Details ok the goverment from what the paper they gave me says that the goverment gave me 5550 and 300 in grant money but i still owe 10000 for the skool loan nd right now the only thing i work as is avon and i dont even earn anything so im looking for a scholarship for single moms.. please help me atleast a scholarship of 5000 or something p.s not a loan a scholarship where i wont have to pay back nothing i have a loan and thats why i wanna get a scholarship to pay that loan

  The best option would be to do your homework and explore other schools, such as community colleges or technical schools. their programs are much cheaper and your credits will be able to transfer anywhere to any college of university that is accreditted. did you ask the school questions about transfering your credits in case you decide to move on in the future, and this seems to be a costly certificate, when you can go to a community college and obtain financial aid to help cover the cost which will cost you about 3 to 4 thousand dollars, and most colleges offer daycare for your infant son. please think about what you are doing, do you really wan to pay off a loan for a couple years instead of pocketing that money ? good luck! give us an update
