How likely is it for a punter to get a full-ride scholarship?

So my boyfriend is talking to a coach from Jamestown College in North Dakota. We live in Alabama, so, naturally, it's kind of an upsetting idea for me. He told me that the only way he'd go was if he got a full-ride scholarship. Not to knock him or anything, but he's not the best punter. He was the best at our highschool, but we're only an 8-man team, and a small school. So my question is, how likely do you think it is that he'll get a full ride scholarship?
