Need help with filling out the FAFSA?

  • Are my parents suppose to fill out the FAFSA or am I suppose to fill it out?? Who SSN and info do i enter??

  • Answer:

    You fill it out. You enter you social security number. You are the student. It will ask you later in the application for your parents social security numbers and you must provide them as well.

You can fill out the FAFSA, as most of the information will pertain to you. However, you are going to need a considerable amount of information from your parents. like their birth dates, SSNs, and tax information from the previous year. So it helps a lot if they are around when you are filling it out. Good Luck!

you should fill it out. you are in college. but you need your parents info as well so do it as a group. but you cant fill it out till u have your taxes done first.
