When do you know if your financial aid is approved?

How long to get my refund when i applied late for financial aid?

  • I applied for FAFSA and was approved i accepted my awards last week. When i called the financial aid office at my school they told me they were waiting on GSL to transfer the funds to the bank and then to them. Does any one know how long this takes? Will i even get this money this semester. i have heard different things and just want some answers

  • Answer:

    this depends on the college you attend each institution is different the government actually says they can hold it for 30 days once you have started to attend but late comers usually get their money later than others
