How can I get a job at Piggly Wiggly?

Im about to get a job through my school and was wondering about how much i will be paid a month from the job?

• It will be either at Food Lion, Piggly Wiggly, Or Bi-Lo just to get a starter job since im at the age of 16. I live in South Carolina so im guessing 20-30 hours a week making minium wage which is about 7.25 a hour. Maybe work around 4 hours a day on the week so i can get home from school around 3:30 and go to work around 4:00pm get home around 8:00pm get a shower, eat do some homework for school then play a game or watch tv till around 10 and go to sleep. Though out the week and then on weekends work about 4-7 hours and enjoy my weekend without school. So tryign to figure out a basic amount of how much ill make so i can find away to do something then play games all day and make my money feel well earned and probally get my parents to help get me a nice car or do something i want to call my 5 yr plan and save for 5 yrs and go to a community college live with my parents and save about 50k + and buy a basic house to start my life out and go from there and try to start a family and get a well paying job maybe in engineering or even go to law school

  I am 16. I work at Bi-Lo as a Courtesy Clerk after school. The pay is, like you said, $7.25/hour. The hours a bit different. There are two shifts of Courtesy Clerk after school 4pm-8pm or 9pm and 4:30pm-10pm or 10:30pm. Cashiers work about the same with maybe one more shift in there. I have been working for one year. You may get up to 16 hours a week if you work hard given the economy. Pay after taxes is $65.00-$90.00 per week. if you work hard though it will help you get a better job.
