How does the hope scholarship works?

What are Georgia's HOPE Scholarship requirements?

I'm in college now. I receive the pell grant, and until this semester (Spring 08) I received the HOPE grant. HOPE grants no longer pays for Degree level classes so I no longer get that. Next Semester (Summer 08) I won't get pell because I've gotten if for two consecutive semesters(Fall 07 and Spring 08) Without financial aid i can't go to shcool. How many credit hours do you have to have in order to be eligible for the HOPE scholarship. From what I understand, my GPA meets the requirements, and you have to have 30 semester hours. Including this semester- I have 29!
