Where to study - New Zealand or Australia?

Where can I obtain financial assistance/scholarship to study in New Zealand / Australia?

I'm a Malaysian aged 26.I have a first degree from Malaysia and I am keen to futher my studies by taking up a second degree in NZ / OZ. I have obtained offers from various varsities from this two country, unfortunately I am financially constrained. I am particularly interested to study at the Massey University, New Zealand,The offer will end on 31 December and I am desperate for funding. Could any one share information on international scholarships,please? Thank you guys.
