Your question is best referred to the American Embassy in your country. Ask for the websites of some of the better universities in the USA. Most likely, it will include items on how to get financial support, scholarships, student loans, etc. If you are after the cheapest university, then forget about North American Universities, come to the Philippines where we have also western style of education. It is easier to get a student visa in the Philppines. The Phil is more receptive of accepting foreigners in its educational system. Google the "wikipilipinas." Good luck.
