How do i get free ifo on federal grants without paying some scam artist?

Here ya' go: contact your school's Financial Aid office. They can mail you literature pertaining to who has the $$, what their criteria is for you to qualify for it, and all the rest, like addresses, required documentation, etc. Best wishes.
