How can I clear my student loan history?

Where can I get a private student loan without credit history?

My parents have horrible credit, My bro is in the army and makes decent money but doesnt have enough credit just like me. There's no one else I can turn to for money for school and I've exhausted ALL of the federal aid and loan I can get for this year. If anyone knows agencies or banks that help people with no credit get student loans please help. I really dont care about the interest rate as much as I do about going to school. Thanx in advance
