Would I get into Penn State Main Campus?

I'm going to be a senior in Hugh school and really have to begin narrowing down my list of colleges. Penn state has really intrigued me as of late. I was just curious if I had any chance at getting into the main campus at Penn State. Below is a little bit about me. Thank you! I am a resident of PA I have about a 3.8 weighted gpa I have a 1720 SAT score (530-Math, 630-Reading, 560-Writing) I have lived abroad for the first two years of high school I have countless volunteer hours, even immersion trips to very poor areas Participate in debate club Play basketball for a local church league

yes you would. my nephew went there , there education was very good quality, but the drinking was non stop + drugs were too distracting
