How to get a sponsorship?

Hi i play tennis competitavely and i have been playing for about 3 years. I play on the itf junior and pro circuit and i would like to get a sponsorship but since i started late i didnt get the chance to play as many tournaments since i was working on my technique more. And noe sponsor will sponsor me since even though i play extremly good they want like a top 10 plYer so what do i do in order to get a sponsorship at this time with out such a good ranking?
