What are some good local scholarships in San Antonio, Texas?

• I have been looking into scholarships and most people have told me local scholarships are the best way to go. I am simply asking if anyone knows a few good scholarships within the state of Texas. Mainly the San Antonio area that are not based on Hispanic or Afracain American origin. They would be useless to me, considering they would not apply to me.
