How hard is it to get into the University of Florida?

Is it hard to get into Florida State University?

I am majoring in chemistry and minoring in sociology at Michigan state university I will have a Pre-med associates degree from a community college at the time of my application My G.P.A is 3.1 and Act score is 24 =( I volunteer @ the hospital and participate in extracurricular activities. Would I need to significantly improve my ACT/gpa to get accepted? or do I have a pretty fair chance already? p.s I intend to continue studying chemistry @FSU and finish my bachelors..
