You should only need to enter your last name, your social and birthdate....go back and try , if it doesn't give you that option then your in the wrong spot....you should be clicking on the Continue working on a saved Fasfa...if that doesn't work, try over again from the begining.

Go to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. 1. On the home page go to the center box and click on fill out a FAFSA. 2. When you arrive at the next page click on the box in the left menu which says Continue working on a saved FAFSA. You'll need the password you assigned for your FASFA, your Social Security number.. If you can't remember it you will need to follow the link Forgot your password? in the menu on the left. Just follow the instructions and enter your information and you will be taken to your saved FAFSA. Good Luck. The following information is copied from that page: Open Your Saved FAFSA, Renewal FAFSA, or Correction Application If you have saved a FAFSA, Renewal FAFSA, or Correction you can retrieve your application using the password you entered when you first started the application. Your saved information is secure and accessible for 45 days unless the federal application/correction deadline date has passed since the application was saved. Saved applications are erased after 45 days or after the federal application/correction deadline date. Select Application Deadlines on the home page to determine if the federal application/correction deadline date has passed. Select the type of application and school year you were working on and then select Next:
