  not the way it works. If you are a single student, living at home and not out of high school at least 4 years, OSAP will take your parent's income into account as well as your own. Parents are expected to contribute to the costs of your education. the most you can get from OSAP is 360/week for every week you are in school - so most schools that's 2 17 week semesters - Sept to Dec and Jan to Apr. 34 weeks * 360/week is 12,240. However if you are living at home, OSAP expects that parents are paying most of your living expenses so you will not get 12,240 - you might get $5,000. - that would be for everything - tuition, books, transportation, living. It depends on so many other things than just 'living at home' that a more accurate number is not possible.
