How to pay off my student loans? ?

  • I need help paying off my college loans. I attended the culinary institute of america and the I took out over $50,000 in loans and they want me to pay back over $100,000 and I can't afford it. Are there any grants that will help me pay off my loans. Where can I find these loans. Please help.

You pay off student loans (or any loan, for that matter), by making monthly payments to the creditor holding the loan paperwork, paying down the principal and accumulated interest owed. There's no magic involved: pay off your loan. And no, there are no grants to pay off loans; why would anyone give you free money (i.e., a grant) to pay off a loan? Good luck.

You should have applied for grants while in school. I'm not sure that you can get any grants now. Paying back 100k on a chef's salary is going to be near impossible...good luck my friend.
