How GI Bill works for cosmetology school?
-
I know the cosmetology school (12 months) I want to go to is covered by the GI Bill, but I also want to do Dental Hygiene school (17 months). Because the GI Bill covers up to 36 months of schooling, can I do both on the GI Bill?

Answer:
First, you must make sure your school is approved by VA for benefits. You can do this on gibill.va.gov. If they are approved, then you can attend either school but not both at the same time.

You can use the 36-month eligibility of your GI Bill on whatever legitimate educational pursuit is allowed. You can use it all at one school, or partially at different schools.
