Which college/university in United Kingdom or United States of America is Best in Taxation course?

can i study in United Kingdom or in United States of America with financial aid? and what are the qualifications? and can i take a bachelor course of Customs and Tax Management out there?

You fail to tell us your nationality and country of residence. Methinks you will not get far in this project. Unless you are a US citizen or permanent resident you cannot get tax-payer subsidised financial aid in the US. Unless you have been EU resident in the country of your passport for the last three years you cannot get tax-payer subsidised financial aid in the UK. Your only other choice is to get aid from the university. To do this you would have to be a very compelling applicant at a university with deep pockets.
