Can you help me find a high school scholarship?

Help me find FULL scholarship... I am very poor!?

  • I need to find scholarships. I have not so high yet not so low grades on high school (2.5). I just want to get a college diploma. I am from Philippines, I am thinking if FULL scholarships abroad is possible. Like, I don't have to pay big amount. Like a total FREE scholarship. and if anybody there knows how I can find Full scholarship in Philippines, please help me. I don't have even a centavo that's why I'm looking for a FULL and FREE scholarship. (free dorm to stay, free books and other school references and stuffs., and full scholarship). Please.help me.

    If you are an immigrant and in the country illegally then the state of California will pay for you to go to school.
