I really don't know what or how to get scholarships and where to get them? any one can help me or have any tip

Your counselor has that information. Make an appt to discuss it and get information.

Check out the companies where your parents work. Many large companies have scholarship programs for their employees children. You should check the requirements now, since some companies like Walgreens require you to take the PSAT in order to qualify. Many other organizations offer scholarships as well and some schools tie their scholarships to these organizations, like Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts. Most colleges and unversities have scholarships that you can apply for if you are accepted into their institutions. You just need to check your senior year with the schools you get into. Also depending on your state and major, there are scholarships available. North Carolina has the Teaching Fellows Scholarship for prospective teachers.

I admire you. My son waited until he was a senior in highschool, go figure. I believe some person already offered the same advice that I was going to give. FASFA is used by all major colleges, this is a form that is used to determine need. You will probably need aide they will determine what you qualify for, it will be a blend of grants and loans. Try to get the best rate possible. The last thing you need is a major debt to pay once you graduate college. Good Luck!
