How long should it take for me to receive my financial aid check?

How will I receive my financial aid refund check?

• I received my award letter a few days a go and it says I should receive $2,800 per semester. But since the fall semester is about to end (already in my finals week), Will I receive just one check(half of the refund), both checks, or one check with both amounts? Either way it's okay with me, it pays for my school. :D But money is money. Lol thank you guys for the help! :)

  This depends on how you paid your fall tuition. Did you pay it out of your pocket, or did the college let you attend with the knowledge that they would be receiving your financial aid later in the semester? You will probably receive 2 checks. The first check will be the balance due to you regarding the fall semester, and then when the spring semester starts, you will receive the balance due to you regarding that semester. The balance is the amount of the grant less the tuition and fees.
