When will I get a summer bonus from EMA?
-
I'm in Year 13 and have therefore finished school now. Just wondering if I'll get a bonus?
-
Answer:
At the end of May, your college/school will recieve information from EMA with a list of every pupil. It is then down to the individual tutors to decide whether or not you have earned the £100 bonus. They have so long to send this information back to those at EMA, and the payment will be given to you sometime from the first week of July, until the second -to-last week, because there will be that many people requiring it. The fact that you have officially left school/college means nothing, because the bonus is for the year that you have completed, and effectively, the academic year isn't over just because you've finished.
