How to study for M.Phil?

Tell me how to get a scholarship for postgraduate study in biological sciences in UK or Australia?

I have completed MPhil Biochemistry from Bharathidasan university, Tamil Nadu, India. I have also completed 2 years diploma in Medical laboratory technology. I am a gold medal winner in BSc, university rank holder in MSc and got All India first rank in diploma course. I am working as a biochemist in private medical diagnostic laboratory for the past 5 years. I have got 3 best paper presentation award in national conferences (medical lab tech). I have a valid IELTS score of 7.5. I have applied for a couple of universities in UK and in Australia. Could anyone plz tell me how to get a scholarship for postgraduate study in Biomedical science?
