How to distribute my magazine?

Are there any grants for someone starting a magazine?

• I would love to start my own magazine. I have had small ones before, that were shut down because I didn't do it properly. (I was a teen at the time and I don't know how the heck the police and the school principle expected me to afford the proper permits). Anyways, I have a great magazine that I print myself and distribute a few copies among friends. I have researched publishing my mag on a bigger market, and I know it will work! I even have advertisers saying that they will consider it if I decided to publish. But the process I would need to do is incredibly expensive. I think by the time I would be able to afford to do it (unless I hit the lottery) I would probably be to old to even type long enough to put headlines on or anything! So does anyone know of or know how I can research for a grant for this specifically? A grant for a magazine? Also---does anyone know if it might be possible to get a big mag to take mine on and pay for all the stuff or anything? I'm a published writer.
