  • Answer:

check out http://fafsa.ed.gov - they have lots of programs, and many other scholarships and loans require the FAFSA to be completed first.

Yes, Sallie may offers private loans... at over twice the interest of federal loans and you have to pass a credit check or have a cosigner. However, if the school is brand new, you may not even be able to get a private loan to attend. it is not a good idea to go to a brand new school. As quickly as they opened their doors, they can close them. Besides, the whole point of "vocational" schools is they are suppose to be affordable in "trade" areas so a private vocational school is an oxymoron. If the school is still up and running in a few years and they have been approved to receive federal student aid. Then attend.

Sorry to tell you, but lenders are pulling away from private loans to vocational schools, so private loans are out of the question more than likely.

Scholarship is a better way to get funds for college. Here are some best Scholarship programms and govt. grant assistance for you. You apply online also, http://college-scholarships1.blogspot.com/

If your school does not offer financial aid, it typically means that it does not have accreditation.........you want to RUN far away from this. Do not spend the time, money, and effort attending a 'school' that really is not valid in the eyes of the world. No accreditation, or only national accreditation is just as good as not existing........it will be like you never attended school before.
