How can I sign up for a pell grant online?

  • I was trying to sign up for a pell grant online and I don't know how to do it. I was on th website and didn't see a sign up button for the pell grant. Is it even possible to sign up for a pell grant online, if so, can someone please tell me how. Thank You

    http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ This is the legitimate site--watch out for 'sponsored results' There is NEVER any charge for filing for financial aid. If this is the first time you are applying, it is possible that you will have to also submit a paper application--I know my daughter did the first time, a couple of years ago.

I don't know if you can do it on line, there are so many questions and things they want. It would be best to go to the college financial aid. Better get on this soon. Visit the college.

fafsa.ed.gov but you have to sign the application and then based on your answers that will determine if you are elgible for the pell grant. You just don't sign up and recieve the grant, you have to be elgible. Don't let anybody tell you that you have to pay for it because it is completly free.
