Answer:
Here is some basic information on Chapter 33: http://www.gibill.va.gov/benefits/post_911_gibill/index.html Chapter 33 should cover the full cost of tuition and fees at a public institution. You would receive a living stipend at the E5 BAH amount based on the zip code of the school. (calculate here: http://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/bahCalc.cfm) You will want to know if the college you plan on attending participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program. I have heard that a person may indicate that they are applying for every VA education benefit when they are completing the 22-1990 on https://vaonce.vba.va.gov/vaonce_student/default.asp, and the Certificate of Eligibility will tell them which programs they are eligible for. You don't want to apply for Chapter 33 only unless you are absolutely sure that's what you want to do. It is an irrevocable decision. Continue to do your own research, as it is very important that you don't rely solely on what other's tell you. You may ask questions via the GI Bill site at https://gibill.custhelp.com/app/utils/login_form/redirect/ask/session/L3RpbWUvMTMzMDUwMTgxNC9zaWQvZDR5S3BVUms=. I know that this is not an exhaustive answer, but I hope that it gives you an idea of where to start.
