How to get scholarship for Mechanical Engineering in USA in a good university considering the stated condition?

• the conditions and queries are as follows: 1. I am a Bangladeshi who cannot go to US without Scholarship. So getting scholarship is really very important for my higher studies. 2. Currently I am a second year student in Military Institute of Science and technology in Bangladesh. I have completed my high school education in Nepali curriculum in Nepal(How I can use this extra point during my college placement?) 3. I want to get placement as soon as i complete my 4th year in B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering in a reputed university in USA. So what preparation and when and how should i start my preparation. 4. Is is better for me to do MS in Mechanical engineering considering the prospect of Bangladesh(State and potential of Mechanical engineering in Bangladesh). Can u suggest me any specific field that will fit me? 5. I am the best student from my department at this moment. How can I use this point to get placement? 6. Beside US is there any better alternative of getting full scholarship in any other country? 7. As a Bangladeshi student what are the procedures to complete the formalities or procedures to reach a good university immediately after my completion 4 years Bachelors in Mechancal Engineering.
