Which colleges are famous for giving high scholarships?

  • I want to know which colleges are famous for giving high scholarships for needy students and I prefer those which are easier to join. However, please mention the names of all the colleges which give high scholarships.

    Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College gives high scholarships, generally $10,000 - $20,000 is the average. However, you have to remember that the schools that give the most scholarships are usually the ones that cost the most as well... so, you're not "saving" any money, and the education may still cost you more than attending an in-state public university.

hmmm...the iv leagues tend to be very good at giving scholarships. Princeton University, Harvard, etc. state schools tend to have lower tuition and give scholarships for both academic and financial aid while iv leagues don't give scholarships for academics. Rutgers University in my experience gives good financial aid, and if you don't use all of it, you can get a refund check where they pay you the surplus!!!!
