How do you successfully apply for a job in Kenya?

I am a kenyan and would wish to work in kenya however jobs are not coming.can someone help me get a job.?

i am a BSc. mathematics(statistics major) university graduate currently volunteering at kenya agricultural research institute in biometry department. anyone with a job in my area of study or any related field?

why do Africans always portray themselves so badly! with a B Sc in mathematics you could get a job as a teacher in an high school or in an university and please do not tell me that in Kenya you guys do not have schools! you can always find Africans in website like this one begging, please lets stop begging and have enough with what we have! and please white women be careful these guys just want tickets to America u better be alone than with people that just want to exploit you.
