Why do some internships require college credit?

Desperate needing to find a loan provider that doesn't require excellent credit for co-signer for college?

Ive tried salliemae and i dont have that many good co-signers probably 1 out of 5. However, i wont be able to graduate or pay for summer school (this is my last year). A co-signer of mine had a 680 credit score yet was delinquent on something recent. (not a loan) Salliemae doesnt work so I'm looking for a loan providor that is not as strict. Please no suggestions for stafford or federal plus loans because i don't qualify. I need a private loan
