  I have found that visiting my guidance counselor at school helps out so much with the stress. They usually lay out the next steps for you one at atime so it doens't seem so overwhelming. The best Website for scholarships in my opinion is Fastwebs.com. I set up an account there, and they take the information about yourself that you put in and then they post links to scholarships that relate to you on your homepage. For instance, I like art and drawing, so many of my scholarships are poster contests and essays about supporting the arts. This really winds down the number of scholarships. Then you can sort them by name, amount, or deadline. I like to sort by deadline just to keep track. They also have a calendar for a more visual organization. The best scholarships are ones in your area, because then the competition is whittled down to a small number of people. Check into your guidance office at your school and see if they have scholarship bulletins posted. I am a senior this year so I know EXACTLY how you feel.
