If you have partial Indian in you, can you get a scholarship?

I wana be pilot .Right now i am doing 12th(non.med).I am Indian can i get 100% scholarship and loan for this??

please tell what can i do for this .i can't afford cost of pilot traning so can i get 100% scholarship and loan
