What are some good colleges in California and Florida?

I live in Ohio but i hate it here, im not much of a winter person. I know for sure i want to live in Florida after college. The only reason i want to go to college in California is because its free to residents. But anyway, what are some good college's but not too good cuz my grades arent all that awesome. im only 13 (ya i kinda plan ahead, also im going 2 law school 2 b a layer :)) so i have a few moe years 2 bring my grades up. but really wut colleges?

heres some good all around california colleges, some easy to get into, some not: tougher: USC UCLA UCSD UC Berkeley Cal Tech easier: Cal Poly Pamona Cal Poly SLO CSU Long Beach CSU San Berdinadino CSU San Marcos UCD UCSC hope this helps
