What do I need to do as a Physician Assistant?

I need to know what degree I need to obtain to become a Physician Assistant?

I'm just starting school and I'm not getting very far in finding answer. I want to be a PA but i need to know what degree, if any, I have to have to even apply to PA school. PLEASE HELP!!!
