What are my chances in getting into a 4 year school?
-
I am in my second semester of community college. My first semester I didnt take any of the recommended courses for incoming freshmen. I decided to take all of these high level courses that I was obviously not ready for. My gpa was a 2.0 I am now taking courses at my level I am doing a whole lot better. I could possibly get all As but lets say I dont. Lets say I get a 2.5 gpa. What are my chances in getting into a 4 year school. I missed 1 year of college and I dont want to miss another. I am thinking of applying to UMBC University of Maryland University of Kentucky Marshall University and my long shot... American University.

Answer:
If your second semester GPA is 2.5, you don't belong in college at all. You should be taking a non-academic pre-apprenticeship program in Community College.
